You know, I believe life is like an endless learning process. As I always emphasize, the key is to find something you genuinely love and give it your all. I’m a programmer living in a small third-tier county in China, with a busy daily routine, but I firmly believe that the joy of life comes from exploration and creativity, especially when it comes to food.
Cooking, for me, is not just about filling stomachs—it’s a creative and loving process. I have a very supportive wife who is an incredibly talented and creative designer, always bringing fresh inspiration and ideas into my life. Whenever I am busy at work, she takes excellent care of our daughter, accompanying her as she grows and capturing many warm moments.
My daughter is still in elementary school, and her joyful innocence keeps me motivated every day. We often visit the beach together to enjoy beautiful sunsets; hearing her joyful laughter is one of the greatest joys in my life.
My mother, a hardworking and humble woman from rural China, is filled with resilience and kindness. Her silent, selfless dedication to our family adds warmth and stability to our lives. Each one of them gives me love and support in their unique way.
Every weekend, I eagerly think about what special dishes I can prepare for my family. Sometimes the head chef is my mother, who is experienced and wise; but most of the time, I personally go to the market to select fresh ingredients, carefully preparing each dish. It’s not just cooking; it’s my way of showing love to my family. Moreover, I greatly enjoy spending time working in our garden, experiencing the comforting connection with the earth.
Besides my passion for cooking, I also love traveling and photography. Whether it’s an innovative culinary experiment in the kitchen or a beautiful moment captured during travel, I love documenting these experiences through my lens and sharing them with you.
